Observed the following foods to be improperly protected: 1. foods with no cover, front pepsi cooler 2. foods with no cover, cooks line 3. cases of pop on the floor 4. foods with no cover in the prep cooler 5. fry oil on the floor 6. foods with no cover in the walk in cooler 7. foods on the floor in the walk in freezer Provide for all foods to be stored at least 6" off of the floor and with proper covers.
